Biography

Business & Public Affairs consultant Dogad Dogoui has devoted his career to building bridges between Africa, Europe, and the rest of the world, supporting governments, institutions, and companies in high-value-added structural projects. His commitment began in 1999 with the creation of Africagora, the first network of entrepreneurs from African diasporas in France. Quickly expanding to Belgium and then Switzerland, this pioneering network has brought together more than 3,000 alumni from 33 African countries. It has contributed to the emergence of a new generation of economic actors and to greater visibility for African diasporas in Europe.
Building on this experience, in 2012 he founded Africa SMB Forum, a unique platform that now brings together more than 33,000 companies in 53 countries around the world (including 32 in Africa). This forum promotes interconnection, financing, and the growth of African SMEs, with the aim of achieving inclusive growth and creating local jobs. A true catalyst, it embodies Dogad Dogoui's desire to give African small and medium-sized enterprises the means to become part of a global dynamic.
In addition to his initiatives, Dogad founded the Almeria RP agency in 1996 and then, in 2002, the DOGAD DOGOUI firm, which specializes in supporting governments and the private sector. The firm is active in eighteen strategic sectors: energy, infrastructure, mining, agriculture, health, digital, tourism, construction, and finance, and mobilizes capital financing, debt, and equipment loans. Between 2023 and 2024, it facilitated the conclusion of major memoranda of understanding in Gabon, Côte d'Ivoire, Madagascar, Zambia, and Angola for projects ranging from agricultural digitization to the mobilization of multi-billion-dollar infrastructure funds.
Through Africa SMB Forum and his firm, Dogad Dogoui has built a solid ecosystem that connects diasporas, SMEs, and major international projects. His career illustrates a coherent vision: structuring networks, mobilizing financing, and supporting initiatives capable of sustainably transforming African economies and strengthening their place in the global economic dialogue.
